NaFa IM - Nachhaltigkeitsorientierte Facharbeit in industriellen MetallberufenThe doctoral project "Sustainability skilled work in industrial metal professions" is dedicated to the question of how sustainability-oriented professional practice is expressed in the domain of industrial metal professions and what sustainability references can be ascertained at the personal and institutional level of skilled work. With the examination of skilled work as well as company and social requirements, the competence requirements for sustainability-oriented skilled work are shown. The NaFa model is developed and used to describe the subject area of sustainability-oriented skilled work. Based on this, implications for vocational education and training design and for domain-related vocational education and training for sustainable development are derived.Led by: Dr. des.
